The free bonus seeds we add to each purchase are from the stock we have available in our warehouses and can not be picked by the customer. The strains that go as "freebies" in a particular timeframe are randomized.

Refunds
Please, contact us at [email protected] to pick the best refund option for your particular case.
If you require seeds to be returned then they have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaging.
If, upon receipt, the goods are faulty, then please, take the following steps:
· First, contact us and let us know you would like to return a product.
· Please pay the return postage and send the product back by recorded delivery, so you have a proof of posting.
· We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it, depending on the fault), If the item is in stock, we will replace it immediately. If not, we will give a credit note or refund. Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods.
If upon receipt you are not happy with your goods, please, take the following steps:
· Fill a return form, stating the reason of return and enclosed with goods, and send it back within 14 days from the receipt date. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
· We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.
· Refunds will be made by crediting your card or by a cheque, depending on the method used for payment.
· Refunds will be made within 14 days from receipt of your return.
Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any of the purchased products, please, notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.
Please, send the products back as they were received, in the original unopened packaging.
We will not replace any products after 3 months from the date of delivery.

Cancellation policy:
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us before your order has been shipped.
